You'll stay in a hand-picked 4 or 5 star hotel, chosen as much for where it is as for what it is — central, walkable, and close to everyday life rather than stranded on a resort strip. The specific hotel for each departure is named on that destination's page before you book.

Prices vary by destination and departure date, and the current price for every departure is shown on that destination's page — that's always the live figure, so we don't quote a range here that might drift out of date. The price is per person and covers your hotel on half board, the activities programme, on-the-ground support, and transfers between destinations if you're combining stays.

It depends on your nationality and length of stay. US, Canadian, UK, and Australian citizens can visit the Schengen Area for up to 90 days within any 180-day period without a visa. For longer stays, you may need a long-stay visa or residence permit. We provide guidance and resources for visa applications, but the responsibility is yours.

Your Community Manager is your local friend and problem-solver. They organise welcome orientations, coordinate group activities, provide local recommendations, help with practical issues (finding a doctor, navigating public transport), and create opportunities for members to connect. They're available during business hours and for emergencies.
