For Solo Travelers 55+
Many of the people who join a WanderAge stay arrive on their own. Within days, you're part of a small community of around 25 like-minded travelers — shared dinners, morning walks, and two weeks of local life on Croatia's coast. Your own private room, your own pace, and company whenever you want it.
Many of our travelers book alone — and describe it as the most connected trip they've ever taken.

Group travel usually treats solo guests as an afterthought — shared twins, forced mingling, tables set for couples. We built WanderAge the other way around.
You join a small cohort of around 25 people at a similar stage of life. Shared dinners, gentle activities, and two weeks of living alongside each other — friendships form naturally, without effort.
Solo travelers always have their own room — your own key, your own space to retreat to, and never a stranger for a roommate. A single-room supplement of around €500 per two-week stay applies, shown clearly before you book.
Every activity is optional. Join the morning walk or sleep in; come to the group dinner or take a book to the harbour. Nobody keeps score.
Airport pick-up, four-star hotel, daily meals, and a full programme of activities — all included. The hardest part of your day is deciding what to do with it.
Your on-the-ground Community Manager checks in, smooths out problems, and makes sure nobody is overlooked — least of all those travelling alone.
Every cohort has its own WhatsApp group before departure, and introductions start early. By the time you land, the faces at dinner are already familiar.
Peace of mind isn't an add-on — it's the foundation. This is what stands behind every solo traveler, every day of the stay.
Every destination is hand-picked for walkability, low crime, and an easy everyday rhythm — places where strolling home after dinner feels normal, because it is.
Your Community Manager lives in the city you're staying in. Day-to-day questions, restaurant tips, a doctor's appointment — there's always a person to turn to, not a hotline menu.
For anything urgent, a real human answers around the clock — every day of your stay.
English-speaking doctors, pharmacies close by, and help arranging appointments if you need one. We ask about medical needs before you travel, so nothing is left to chance.
